> End-to-end ownership of a product and the team building it: roadmap, hiring, delivery cadence and the architecture underneath, with devsecops and self-hosted AI depth behind it.

## What does end-to-end product and technical leadership look like?

Owning the roadmap, the stakeholders and the team, not only the code: sprint planning, stakeholder management and code review across multiple engineering squads.

- Sprint planning, stakeholder management and code review across multiple squads: on-time delivery lifted to 95% and production defects cut 30%, at one company
- A cross-functional team of 20 across five concurrent products, owning the hiring pipeline, 1:1s, mentorship and performance management, at another
- A shared engineering rulebook (AGENTS.md) standardising code quality across five products rather than letting each drift
- Won a client by writing the technical proposal, then led delivery on it
- Owned client onboarding end to end on a pharmaceutical-industry engagement, including running the client meetings

## DevSecOps and platform architecture

Terraform, Kubernetes and GitOps pipelines, security hardening, and migrations that cut cloud spend without downtime.

- 99.95% uptime on hybrid on-prem and cloud infrastructure
- 45% lower monthly cloud spend across production environments
- 80% of critical vulnerabilities closed within two quarters
- An EdTech migration off AWS to self-hosted managed cloud: roughly 70% lower infrastructure cost, zero downtime

## Self-hosted AI systems and integrations

Production language models on infrastructure the client controls: Ollama and Qwen3 for inference, Qdrant and BGE-M3 for retrieval, n8n and MCP for agentic workflows.

- Fine-tuned self-hosted models with a custom chat and evaluation engine, pharmaceutical client
- Document OCR pipeline on the Claude API, EdTech platform evaluating college offers and financial-aid packages

## Working arrangement

Remote, with full working-hours overlap for the US, UK and EU. Client work is under NDA, so engagements are named by industry rather than by client. No public rate card.
